Not insurance

Wife Insurance is a gift-concierge subscription. It is not insurance, not an insurance policy or product, and is not regulated as insurance. “Coverage,” “claims,” and “policy” are brand terms used in fun and create no insurance relationship.

Subscription & automatic renewal

Wife Insurance is a recurring subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method the plan price shown at checkout, immediately and then automatically each month at that price, until you cancel. Your subscription continues and your card keeps being charged until you cancel. We may change prices or features with 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, yourself, online from your account portal— no phone call required. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling is at least as easy as signing up.

Refunds

All charges are non-refundable, including your first month. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current or any past period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This does not waive any non-waivable right under your state's law.

Information and images you provide

This section covers everything you give us — as a subscriber or through our free gift-ideas tool. You represent that any person shown in a photo you upload is an adult, and that you have the right and any needed permission to share everything you provide. You give us a limited license to use what you provide solely to produce your gift ideas and provide the service to you — nothing else. We delete uploaded photos once your gift ideas are built: for the free tool, when we send you your ideas; for subscribers, once her style profile is finalized. How that works is in our Privacy Policy. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from what you provide.

Service “as is”; limitation of liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but “as is.” We don't guarantee any relationship outcome, gift availability, exact delivery date, or that a gift will be liked. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
