Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel before we make it: full refund
Buy a gift, pay once. You can cancel for a full refund any time before we've sourced or shipped it (for an experience, before we've booked it or issued the voucher). Time-sensitive gifts get made fast, so tell us as soon as you know, at hello@getwifeinsurance.com.
If we can't hit the date: full refund
Your gift is timed to your occasion. If we can't deliver by the date we promised, we'll tell you and you choose: a revised delivery you approve, or cancel for a full refund.
If she doesn't love it: your call
Tell us within 14 days and it's your call: we'll redo the gift, or refund what you paid. Most of the time a redo is the better fix, because a bad gift is the problem, not the money, but if you'd rather have the refund, it's yours. One make-good per order. For something already used up by the time you tell us (an experience she's been on, flowers already delivered), we'll make it right with a redo or a credit instead of cash for that part. You're still covered.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Nothing here limits a non-waivable right under your state's law or your rights with your card issuer.
