Cancellation
You can cancel anytime, yourself, online from your account portal— no phone call or email required. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then does not renew. Cancelling is at least as easy as signing up.
Refunds
All charges are non-refundable, including your first month. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current or any past month. This was disclosed before you paid and you agreed to it at checkout. This does not waive any non-waivable right under your state's law.
If a gift doesn't land
If she doesn't like a gift, we'll send a replacement (and the make-good described on your plan). That's our remedy for a disliked gift — a replacement, not a refund.
